She started her career at BBH New York as an engagement strategist, combining media buying and brand strategy, on the Levi’s business among others. She then went onto Ogilvy & Mather where she led brand strategy and global campaign development for clients that ranged from the cultural (The Whitney Museum) to the aisle (KimberlyClark). Following her advertising experience, she joined an innovation consultancy, Redscout, where she answered up-stream brand, business, product, and communication challenges for major brands across industries, including Kraft, Chobani, SC Johnson, NewYorkLife and MillerCoors. Today, she is at the helm of the MINI brand and strategy team, helping lead the next era of brand transformation, including the launch of the first all-electric MINI.
